Introduction（前言）
Executive Committee of Asia Pacific Real Estate Investment Fair (hereinafter “the Committee”) shall respect the regulations regarding personal information, set Private Policy as follows, and endeavor for the proper protection on personalinformation.
亚洲不动产投资博览会实行委员会 (以下略称「本委员会」)，将遵守个人资料保护相关之法令，并制定下述之隐私条款，对个人资料善尽保护管理之责。
1. Acquisition of personal information（关于个人资料的搜集）
The Committee shall acquire personal information properly in the absence of deception or other wrongful means.
本委员会绝不会以不当之手段搜集个人资料，我们将以正当方式来取得个人资料。
2. Handling personal information（关于个人资料的利用）
The Committee shall use personal information within the scope necessary for the achievement of the following purposes.
In the case where the personal information shall be used for the purposes which are not specified in followings, we shall practice it with the consent of the person in advance.
(1) Operation of Asia Pacific Real Estate Investment Fair
(2) Seminar Information, Provide information for various products/service, etc.
本委员会个人资料之利用，保证于以下之特定目的必要范围内为之。
个人资料如欲利用于以下所定之目的以外时，将事先取得当事人同意方得以使用。
(1) 亚洲不动产投资博览会之营运
(2) 座谈会信息、各种商品．服务等相关信息之提供
3. Security control of personal information（关于个人资料的安全管理）
The Committee shall take the necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information that he/she handles, and ensure other security control of the personal information.
本委员会为预防所搜集的个人资料的外泄、遗失、毁损、以及其他个人资料之安全管理，将落实必要且适当之安全防护措施。
4. Entrustment of personal information（关于个人资料的委托）
In the case where The Committee shall entrust all or part of personal information that he/she handles to delivery company or other third party, he/she shall take impartial investigation about said third party and shall supervise the necessary and appropriate measures for said third party in order to take security control of personal information which was entrusted to handle.
本委员会将所搜集的个人资料的全部或部分委托于货运业者或其他第三者时，会对该第三者进行严格的调查，并为保障委托处理的个人资料有确实得到安全管理，我们将对该第三者进行必要且最适切之监督。
5. Provide personal information to a third party （关于个人资料提供给第三者）
(1) Personal information shall be jointly owned by The Committee and sponsor. The personal information shall be used only within the scope of purposes to be used.
(2) Items of personal information to provide to the third party.
Any information provided by customers such as name (including hiragana), sex, age, nationality, address, telephone number (including cell-phone and fax), e-mail address, cell-phone text-messaging address, etc.
(3) Measures or method to provide it to a third party.
Send the documents, electronic or electromagnetic method, etc.
(4) Procedures to discontinue providing to a third party
If you prefer not to provide the above, please contact to the company in article 6.
(1) 个人资料将由本委员会及赞助单位共有。这些个人资料仅限于利用目的范围内使用。
(2) 提供给第三者的个人资料之项目
姓名(包含读音标示)、性别、年龄、国籍、住址、电话号码(包括移动电话．FAX)、电子信箱、手机邮件信箱等客户所提供的所有信息。
(3) 向第三者提供的方式或方法
书面送达或是电子、电磁类的方法等。
(4) 停止向第三者提供个资的方法
如果不愿意提供上述数据，请向第6条的连络窗口提出申请。
6. Disclosure/amendment of personal information（关于个人资料的阅览．更正等）
The Committee shall promptly disclose in cases where there is a disclosure request of his/her own personal information from the person.
At that time, we shall not accept the disclosure if the person may not be identified, In the case where the person requests the personal information to amend/add/delete, we shall respond to these requests promptly upon investigation.
We shall not respond to these requests in cases where the person may not be identified.
Please contact to the following company if there is any request/inquiry, etc. noted above for handling the personal information by The Committee.
当客户本人要求阅览自己的个人资料时，本委员会将迅速提供阅览。
但如果无法确认是当事人本人的话，我们将驳回阅览请求。
此外，当事人如果要求更正．追加．删除其个人资料时，经调查后将迅速处理。
但如果无法确认是当事人本人的话，我们将驳回该请求。
对于本委员会的个人资料处理之相关事宜，如有上述请求或疑问，请咨询下列连络窗口。

7. Change of this policy（本办法之变更）
The content of this policy may be changed.
Changed policy shall be effective from the date it posted on this website, except for the cases that The Committee specifies separately.
本办法之内容有变更的可能。
关于变更后之本办法，除本委员会另行制定之外，皆以本网页登载时起发生效力。
